Remove the skin and the inedible portions of the squid, wash well, carve the flesh&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;in a crosshatch pattern, and then cut into bite-sized pieces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;2. lmmerse the squid in boiling water for a short time, then remove and drain.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;3. place the squid in a bowl, add the onion, ginger, celety, and mint leaves, pour on the&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;fressing and toss gently.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;4. Mais il reste des coins calmes et bon marché, car les dommages de l'urbanisation (érosion, consommation d'eau douce) incitent les autorités a la prudence, tout en souhaitant poursuivre le développement, très lucratif. Enfin, quand les touristes sont présents!&lt;br /&gt;La destination Samui devient trop chère, et le "farang" touriste a trop souvent l'impression d'etre une vache a lait. Face a la mer, un peu en retrait de la route, calme. Non loin de la, le Sunset restaurant, en salle climatisée ou en terrasse sur la mer, avec animation musicale le soir.&lt;br /&gt;A noter aussi, qu'il y a de plus en plus de particuliers qui louent des bungalows dans l'intérieur des terres. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Restaurant de poisson&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A Chaweng, face au Silver Sand GH, Nakorn restaurant propose des poissons et fruits de mer a des prix abordables: le poisson 40Bahts/100g. Malgré l'absence de cadre (pilier de briques, toiture en fibrociment), le restaurant est souvent rempli par des 'farangs' (étrangers). Preferer les places sous ventilateur. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Services&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Transports : les songtaews circulent toute la journée et un peu moins le soir. Faire signe pour que le songtaew s'arrete (il sera surement le premier a vous klaxonner) demander ou il va. Pour s'arreter, il suffit de presser la sonnette au plafond quand on veut s'arreter, on paye en descendant, en faisant l'appoint, sans demander combien ca coute. (Nathon-Chaweng = 80 Bahts). Le soir après 19h, c'est plus cher il faut discuter avant de monter. Les moto-taxis vous conduisent ou vous voulez. Les taxis climatisés ? je n'ai pas utilisé.&lt;br /&gt;Poste de Chaweng : ouverte du lundi au vendredi de 9h a 12h et 13h a 16h30. Poste restante, Chaweng post office, koh Samui, Surratthani 84320, Thailande (code postal après la ville).&lt;br /&gt;Tesco Lotus : supermarché non loin de Chaweng, avec boutiques (téléphonie, restaurants (dont un restaurant de suki), parfumerie, vins et alcools...)&lt;br /&gt;Location de moto : vitesses automatiques au pied, sans embrayage. A la journée compter 150 Bahts, sans assurance. Evitez absolument de rouler sans assurance: la conduite a Samui est risquée. Portez un casque, des lunettes, mefiez vous du sable sur la chaussée, et des autres usagers, 2 ou 4 roues, et roulez A GAUCHE. Crush slightly chilies and garlic.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add Green Beans, plump tomato, and peanut and crush them until well mixed.&lt;br /&gt;3. Taste by palm sugar, lemon juice, fish sauce.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add papaya, dried shrimp and crush them until will mixed. Remove to the plate for serve.Sprinkle with peanuts.&lt;br /&gt;5. Along the kilometer-long beach at Haad Rin Nok (Sunrise Beach), Ten thousands of tourists from around the world are gathered to join with local people to enjoy the music, dancing and food. The Full Moon Party is the greatest world party on full moon night. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;The first full moon party was held in 1987. It came about as a farewell party for the friend of the owner of Paradise Bungalow on full moon night. The party was set around a fire, and there 50 people joined this celebration. Tourists who passed the fire area were invited to the party, which was such a success that the regular full moon party began the following month. The party is full-on enjoyment, and over the years tourists who have joined the fun have been so impressed that they’ve told their friends; as a result of this word of moth, there are an increasing number of visitors attending the monthly party every year.The Full Moon Party is held at Haad Rin Nok, so the many restaurants, pubs and bars in Haad Rin are decorated to attract tourists. They are open on evening. At the party, top-name DJs provide many genre of music, like Hip Hop, Dance, R&amp;amp;B, Reggae and lots more. Grind chill with garlic just coarsely.&lt;br /&gt;2. Hest oil into the skillet just to heat, add prepared chill, stir-fry until aromatic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Add chicken meat and stir-fry until well combined.&lt;br /&gt;3. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and brandy and until cooked.&lt;br /&gt;Add yellow chill, basil leaves and stir-fry well.
